Communication Skills :: The Interview at Deloitte Hyderabad
Before reading this post , I would request you to Please think about , how much Time does it takes to like a person the most.

About me : I am a perfect example of Introvert. I don't get connected to people easily(I am not a peoples person) and I believe that i am Intelligent and very good in Technical Knowledge.
There are some people with a level of communication such that , after a 20 min discussion though he spoke was bad news which you would not at love a person saying it to you on face,I Still remember him as the best person i met.
I have attended an Interview Today. Except me no one Knows that i am going to this interview,because i don't want to feel people sorry about me if rejected.
:"The Interview":
I reached the venue by 10am , and it took 3:30pm two complete two rounds of Interview and waiting for the next round. These 2 rounds were nothing interesting, In layman terms they will ask
what is 2+2 , and you will answer 4
then they will saw why not 22
then i should say ,yes you may be right but i still think 2+2 is 4
Around 3:30pm, A man with around10 years of experience,came in and called my name,both went into the panel and he asked how is the day.
Me: (Inner Voice:Honestly Horrible)It was good.(I stopped and he did not spoke and I was thinking what he wants me to speak??)
He:(After a gap)Are you feeling Hungry.Do you need some water.
(Truly Speaking ,Person like me in this situation thinks,Why does he care all about this,why dont he ask tell me about yourself and all other stuff)
Me : no (little confused,words started scrambling)
He: Go have some water,I will wait. no problem
I :No please carry on (Inside: lets talk about Interview).
He: No no I don't think you are comfortable
I : No i am cool
He: Ok let me offer a coffee for you.Lets go to the pantry its near by.
We went to pantry,he gave me cup and we filled coffee at vending machine, and sat at a table in pantry. Now guess how will the interview would be. We talked about movies ,We talked about games, We talked about Hyderabad(city where we live). I was trying to deviate from those matters and started talking about my company,current technology he was asking about friends and at later he asked few questions which we generally expect and then
He: Do you Know I am going to reject you I never says it directly but i thought of saying it to you,I suggest you to Improve your communication skills an come back for an interview again.
I :Ok (like a dumb person nodding head)
He: continues his explanation of rejecting me. (like: I know people of your area they will think of i had content and I dont need this communication shit , but it was important)
I:Continuing Ok.. ok.. OOk. OK. k.. i kow...
He: How was our place
I: (confusing state ) good..
He: It was a very good place,I loved it alot And you go on learning , and dont go that path , this is correct thing (some good suggestions.)Nice interaction with you. bye
That's it......
Communication is very Important, it is the reason i still remember him, it is the reason i got rejected and i hope it will be the reason for my sccess in feauture.
